They are looking for people to manage their catering unit which makes food for more than 10,000 employees.
UNIT MANAGER DUBAI
The requirement is for the following :
1. Executive Chef - Atleast 15 years experience in cooking South/North Indian food for 10,000 people per meal.
2. Kitchen Supervisor - Atleast 6 years experience in handling a team/crew of 80 people including Production and Cleaning staff.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
