Job Description To machine the job using the CNC machine or conventional machine as required in total compliance with the specifications provided and within the allotted time frame.

To prepare simple CNC programme in machine control.

To conduct the stage inspection of the product at required phase and to make necessary records accordingly.

To achieve the quality requirements of the product.

To ensure efficient and profitable operation of the defined work center by optimum usage of tools, consumables, etc.

To conduct preventive maintenance (daily based) and to ensure preventive maintenance of weakly, monthly and yearly is taking place.

To ensure the machine and its surroundings are kept neat & tidy.

To ensure safe operation by complying with safety standards of the defined work center.

To report/update the reporting officer with regards to production status, anomalies identified, suggestions on improvements, etc.

To ensure that all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile Should be ITI (Machinist/Fitter) and CNC Programming Die Making knowledge– preferred.

Fair understanding of G-codes.

Ability to read Engineering drawing.

Knowledge on Machine ability of different metals
Conversant with cutting tools & parameters like speed, feed, etc.

Precision measuring instruments & gauges
General maintenance of machines.
Experience 2 - 5 years
