Job Role and Requirements :
An urgent requirement for our client, a global multinational based in the Free Zone. An HR professional is sought with regional Middle East experience to support their regional office & management in developing & managing HR initiatives. The incumbent will provide support to a full range of HR functions, including recruitment & selection, motivation & retention of employees, establishing HR policies & procedures in line with the company’s policies & procedures whilst ensuring that these are delivered at all times to the highest standards and making a full contribution to the organization’s success. Applicant sought will be an accomplished HR professional, holding CIPD/HR degree qualifications and with HR management experience of minimum 3 to 5 years within the Middle East region. Strong people management skills & recruitment experience will be essential for this role.
