Job Description Your job would be: 1) developing and/or implementing a strategy and plan for a geographic region to be determined. 2) creatively coming up with ways of marketing/selling Hult to meet immediate recruiting goals and to build the applicant pipeline. Daily tasks will include: 1. Representing Hult in person at local and international recruiting events (for example Calcutta Mumbai, Cairo, Cape Town, Lagos); 2. Organizing recruiting events such as information sessions, alumni dinners, and student visits; 3. Connecting prospective students with current students.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile We are looking for a driven and energetic individual with the following: 1) have minimum 3 years sales, recruiting or marketing experience. 2) have incredible drive, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. 3) have superb in-person, telephone and email communication skills. 4) have the maturity and presence to deal with international professionals making one of the biggest decisions and investments of their life. What we are looking for: 1. Passion for international education and preferably for the Hult product (one of the most international MBA programs in the world, with significant growth in four years!); 2. A team player; flexible and happy to support the recruiting team as needed and more than willing to participate at all levels from the ground up; 3. Sophistication to interact with potential partners such as other business schools, media partners, agents, referral sources, and alumni; 4. The ability to monitor progress towards recruiting targets during the course of a recruiting cycle.
