Job Description The role of the Technology Officer - User Support & office Systems is to provide efficient IT infrastructure related support to all end users and to participate in troubleshooting for computer hardware/software systems.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile Maintain internal IT infrastructure. Identify, plan and procure IT assets and consumables Produce and maintain appropriate procedures and standards for IT end users. Coordinate installation and maintenance of workstations and supervise IT hardware and software acquisition, installation and maintenance. Administer licenses for hardware and software. Assist end users in their day-to-day requests for equipment and troubleshooting in personal computer and intranet environments. Seek external help from hardware/software supplier/manufacturer for user problems which are not solvable through internal resources. Implement improvements to service based on history of problems experienced.
Experience 5 - 8 years
Education Basic - Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
