Job Description Well loved fashion retail business with an impressive portfolio of brands requires a motivated store manager to lead the development and success of their city centre store team. You will be accountable for recruitment and retention. Training and development of all staff colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver great service and in turn customer satisfaction. To be considered for this role you should have experience in single site management, preferably gained within a fashion retail environment. You must demonstrate an understanding of excellent customer service, a proactive upbeat approach to management and a passion for fashion.
