Job Description Responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department.

Will to manage a team of technicians, engineers and a secretary.

Should be able to achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by directing the maintenance programs of the club.

Responsible for maintaining the entire club facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment, safety, and grounds.

To ensures the upkeep of guest areas and maintains an attractive environment.

Manages all rehabilitation, expansion and special projects.

Protects and enhances the asset for the owner and involvement in risk management.

To develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment in the club, including kitchen and laundry ensuring that full and proper records are kept and are continually updated.

To co-ordinate and if requested, supervise special projects and employment of outside contractors.

Profile Must be fluent in English.

Possess the ability to drive a team forward.
